We are very pleased to be able to offer for sale on behalf on one of our long standing customers the iconic 1972 Porsche 911 2.4S. RHD.

Our customer has owned this vehicle for approximately 25 years and is only the 3rd owner.

The mileage of 77778 can be verified, and there is documentation to substantiate that the original owner returned the vehicle to the factory for servicing and was allowed on more than one occasion to drive around the factory test track! This anecdote being relayed to our customer by the original owner when they recently met again.

The vehicle has been dry stored for at least 10 years and only covered 2000 miles during that period. We understand our customer has recently recommissioned the vehicle including installation of new brake discs and brake calipers all round and reports back that the car drove superbly on its road test, with the engine holding excellent oil pressure. Autorapide had the fuel injection pump overhauled some 15 years ago.

As can be seen from the photos the vehicle will need a sympathetic respray, but we understand the underside of the vehicle is very sound indeed. All interior is standard and in overall excellent condition, aside from the very large speakers installed on the rear parcel shelf which could be easily removed.

Externally the vehicle is running a later 911 spoiler, but again we understand the original is with the vehicle and will be reinstalled before the vehicle is sold.

All lights, wipers tyres are all good and to Mot standard.

This is a rare opportunity to acquire an original 911 2.4S and even in the current climate these vehicles offer a superb investment opportunity and great fun to drive.
